Naturopathy

The term "naturopathy" originated in the 19th century, however, the

art can be traced back through Germany into Greece, to Hippocrates

himself, and beyond. There were always people who understood that

healing will occur naturally in the body, if it is given what it needs:

proper diet, pure water, fresh air, sunlight, exercise and rest. Those

people emphasized helping the body establish it's own state of good

health...today these individuals are known as naturopaths or

naturopathic consultants.
